Order Cancellation

If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, please contact us right away by filling out the form below!

Please note, once your order has been shipped we can no longer cancel an order and you will need to start a return. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and process a full refund to your original payment method. Special Orders can be cancelled up until we ship your order to you, however exceptions apply. For a full refund, Special Orders must be cancelled before we place the order with our supplier. A Special Order can be cancelled after we place our order with our supplier up until we ship your order, however we will withhold 50% of the order subtotal to cover our acquisition costs and costs to find another buyer.


We accept returns on UNOPENED/UNUSED products purchased within 30 days. Special Orders and Clearance items are non-returnable. Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total. We charge a 15% restocking fee on the order subtotal, however this fee will be re-issued to you as store credit via a discount code.

How a Return works:

1) Fill out the return form below;

2) We send you a prepaid return label;

3) You send the product back to us;

4) We receive the item and inspect it;

5) We issue a refund to the original payment method minus the shipping costs and restocking fee;

6) We send you an e-gift card in the amount of the restocking fee.

* Your return will be subject to inspection in order to determine the condition of the returned item(s). If it's deemed the item(s) have been used or not in original condition, we reserve the right to withhold the refund.

** If your order was received with damages or errors, please fill out the form below within 7 days of the delivery date to be eligible for an order correction.
